Drive Ahead !!!


Recently during an interview , the panelist asked me , "Don't  you think if you combine your two strengths in life, i.e. Art and Technology , you will rule your life?" I wanted to and answered ,"Yes",without thinking  how it would place me in the on-going interview and how it would affect my chances of clearing it. But the question appealed to that section of my brain , which is already trying to answer and find a path from it .

Passion drives us , it makes us dream , takes us on a journey , where things seem blurry in reality , but they seem so clear on the route we are driving in our head.
Most of us do dream about our future , but are unable to view the way to it .

I am also in the same state. But , I can see what I want to be. I guess everyone can. So why not spend the current phase on acquiring that skill set and knowledge , which would eventually take you where you dream of going. Set short term goals, approach it in phases.

Ask for challenges by yourself, by your choice and not by destiny . Go for pain , emotional and physical , whatever it may be. It would only strengthen you.

Learn new things . Totally unrelated . Totally uncharacteristic of you to do . Totally against your personality . Somewhere now , they will help you in exploring a locked-up part of you , and somewhere down the line , they all may help you in some or the other way. Remember , the dots always connect going ahead . And you can only realise this , when you view back in time.

So , do not let this time go. Let all this be not a New Year Resolution . But a ritual . A habit . A part of your life.
And be it New Year's Eve , or any other day . Dream Big. Dream Hard.
And don't care a damn about what the world said about you yesterday , what it is talking about you today or what it is preaching about your tomorrow.
Dream correct , set the goals right , work towards it totally , and above all , maintain the values that have made you . Don't lose them in this journey. Be truthful to atleast yourselves, if not to others. Because , being Honest to self , only will help you rectify the mistakes you do in this journey.

For 2013 and rest !!!

A new year , new day but not a new beginning to life !!! Life will continue from where we left it in the past year . N life will follow it's trends this year too, for all of us . Just some nice lines I would like to put forward related to this . These are part of a short essay , from my 7th class Scholarship notes . " Life is not a bed of roses , nor all beer & skittles , nor always full of pleasure , amusement and ease . The Fall & The Rise !!!

     Having lived through common ups and downs with exams and results throughout school days as any other student , I had eventually tasted 'Success' in SSC when i scored 90+ % . Success brings alongwith itself a lot of things like happiness , good fortunes , joy , satisfaction ,confidence ,etc. But life has it's own terms of dictating. All good things come to an end and so did mine .      Failure struck me during my 12th board exams . Unaware about my fortunes ,  I was living life ,as usual in my own terms . No. of different entrance examinations were lined up during the summer days . Sure that I would live upto the expectations of atleast myself , I was preparing on a regular basis for the exams at home . Exams came and went .
