Handshakes , Hi-fis and Hugs - Part II
MBA. SYMBIOSIS . HOSTEL .
I still remember the month of April 15. Assignments. Tons of assignments and a virtual fb group enough to scare about the times to live in.
A new sort of journey was about to start . Bhagwaan jaane kya hone wala tha.
But something I knew would still be there. New people. New friendships to make. New relations that can hold you and lead you through atleast these 2 years.
Belief and trust is what holds a friendship . Those two years had four semesters pattern in even these 2 things.
Who knew how many first Handshakes on first day of college were going to turn to Hugs on the final day of MBA .

Introduced virtually via a common friend just a few weeks before joining college , he had instinctively become my go-to-person. 31st May'15 and he arrived just hours later to mine arrival. Handshake and a formal introduction , and out we set for the longest time-taking walk to Mezza 9 ever .
One of those having amazing clarity in thought and highly knowledgeable , I know I am gonna be thankful to SCMHRD for the setup and this guy .

It was , I believe the 1st of June , and those who had already reached had to go to college to complete the ID and registration formalities. On my walk from D-hostel to the college , I receive a call from this my to-be-roommate guy , asking for just the norms to be followed while checking in to the hostel . The Whatsapp dp had a look with beard. When I returned back to hostel in the evening , standing in the corridor , outside the room ,busy in a conversation with some other hostelites, was a guy who just observed me while I crossed him and went to the room . He followed me up , and introduced himself as Priyank - the one who had probably had shaved after months the same morning .
One of those having amazing confidence , a highly disciplined guy, only the next one after Jadoo in the search of ligh 24*7 ,be it 4 am or 4 pm , and an amazing genuine and trustworthy guy. Room no. 1035 . This guy . Memories and friendship for lifetime.

"Bhaiyo " .
Coming up after having a drinking blast post his graduation and bday , the third guy joined us on the next day . High on energy . High on everything . His personal belongings had different gps co-ordinates everyday in the room . Only thing in place was probably his heavy laughter and creative mind . When in room , hakka noodles and a bottle of soft drink. When outside , chicken and a bottle of hard drink .
A unique personality. This handshake turned out to be my door to a Director's mind . Such a creative mind at a kick's length. Blessed .Room no. 1035 . This guy . Memories and friendship for lifetime.

The outbound learning trip . Well , the handshake with him happened in the noon hours , and we were real good friends by the EOD . Reason - The continuous set of activities and conversations we had during them. High on energy. High on emotions . Always .
Well, for one who wears specs similar to Ganpatrao Apte from Hera Pheri and is no less comic than the reel one , he had to had to be nicknamed ' Babu '. 2 years and we realized it has to be , has to be renamed again as ' Babu Bhasad ' .
This handshake guaranteed lifetime membership for free travel consultancy services and hence lot of outings and trips .
